Superb Product I used to have the Mercedes Benz SAP Bluetooth Cradle but neither my personal phone, iPhone 4s, or my latest work phone, Nokia Lumia 820 Windows phone work with the SAP protocol. With much trepidation I chose this product over the MB cradle. My concern was completely unfounded. It used to take me numerous attempts to get my Blackberry paired with MB SAP cradle. The Viseeo paired quickly and easily with both the iPhone and the Nokia. Contacts transferred in a matter of seconds and I was up and running with both phones within five minutes. It handles multiple numbers per contact (work, home, mobile etc) which is something I never managed with the MB SAP cradle. The two biggest advantages that the Viseeo has over the equivalent MB solution is that you can charge your phone via a USB lead and you can get software and system upgrades via your phone or a computer, unlike MB. Great product that worked straight out of the box.

Excellent item, just plugs into the car and works You must have optional telephone pre-wiring fitted to your Mercedes to use this product because the cradle integrates with the factory option. The ViseeO Bluetooth cradle just plugs into the telephone pre-wiring socket if you have it installed on your car in seconds. It only took a few minutes for me to pair an HTC phone with the cradle. Once paired I was able to export all my contacts from the mobile into the car and within 10 minutes the whole system was up and running for very clear hands free calls.

very dissapointed Not worth the money. intermittent success in pairing up with my iphone. when i do get it to pair by switching bluetooth on and off it cuts out during phone calls. very annoying and not worth all the moeny just to have it sync with my car dash display. very dissapointed.
