From 1969 through the early 1970’s, at the Japanese Touring Car Race, the Skyline GT-R achieved an unbelievable streak of fifty victories in a row. Sixteen years later, its successful name was passed on to the R32 type, which was developed as a base machine for Group-A races. To take full advantage of its powerful 2.6l, 6-cylinder, twin turbo engine, it was equipped with a 4-WD system, which provided unrivaled race performance. 1995 saw the larger body and refined mechanics of the R33.

Excellent Plastic Model Kit! Ignore reviews for anything that says tamiya kits are poor quality, they fit and finish as some of the best model kits in the world. The are plastic and require assembly but are not for beginners!!

Disappointing Before any1 considers buying this item, think twice, i bought this by taking a chance, as there is no real information in description or title, bought this for my brother who has a blue skyline, and wanted 2 give him this ”MODEL” as it looked like his, received box, i thought this was a skyline model, its not, its a plastic toy u have 2 build, that comes with no cement or paint, very disappointed, wouldnt buy again
