Excellent, really This is a superb and versatile product and it lives up to its claims. I am rebuilding the hands and feet of a broken puppet with it. It bonds seamlessly with the broken plaster and it molds well. I suggest dipping your fingers into a small bowl of lukewarm water to which you have added a couple of drops of dishwashing liquid, Then use your dampened fingers to smooth the joins and the seam becomes virtually invisible. Also it lasts very well in the fridge- 18 months and still workable. Excellent, really.

Useful and Simple Sugru is a novel material which is blu-tack for the creative and the diy-er. This malleable material can be moulded into unique and exact shapes that may be individually required for any given project. When left alone for 24 hours they will be solid (assuming no more than 3mm thick).A website […] gives loads of ideas how to use this substance and allows you to share yours too.Basically you can personalise anything with sugru, mend it, modify it or augment it. The limit to this product is the imagination of the user.To be totally honest, I am at a loss of how the rest of my stock, but I can see that this is something that I need to keep at hand and am confident that it will all get used within its use by date – a factor that must be considered as mine expires in 3 months. My greatest fear is that I will start using this madly in all sorts of ways – that could be expensive!

Miraculous! (but perhaps just a little expensive?) The description of Sugru reads like it’s just too good to be true – essentially its a cross between Blutak and superglue, with added miracle properties. Suspicious? So was I!
