2006 fiesta. very easy job. Lead is a little short. So you might want an extension. Very simple job. Once you workout which way to wiggle the keys. It’s a technique, not force. Fiesta 2006. The ford unit is on leads so you don’t even have to power it down. Got to be one of the simplest jobs I’ve ever tried. UN lock the unit with the keys. You pull the unit forward. Plug into the empty socket.run the lead through a gap. Click it back in. Keys are a little sharp but considered them one use only. 15 mins including tea. Doubts, look on YouTube to remove unit. Picks up aux in socket. Aux in button on front of unit. If you have a CD muliplay this socket will be in use. IPhone works fine.

Easy to connect your phone to your car stereo! Bought to update my 2006 Ford Fiesta Style’s 6000CD stereo. Very easy to sort out, we even managed it in the dark (so eager to see if it would work!). The fiddly bit was getting the keys in to pull out the stereo, as you have to push them more than you might think. The auxiliary system is great and now I’ve got my phone connected for satnav (Googlemaps) and Spotify for music. They both work with no issues and the quality of the sound is as good as any CD’s I’ve played on the stereo.Buy, buy, buy!
