Radio controlled Car BBTradesales Subaru Imprezza WRC 1:10 Scale Radio Controlled Car with Silver LiveryA great model, fast with accurate steering. The car has forward, reverse with lights. By using the forward and reverse you can effectively brake the cars forward motion, necessary as it is very fast. I bought it as a gift for my grandson’s birthday and he loved it. Unfortunately he did manage to snap the aerial which is quite flimsy for young, (probably too young) hands. I got a replacement aerial on the internet OK. The car is colourful and well detailed. The ground clearance is low so it needs to be used on pavements or paved areas. It is quite large and really too fast for indoors unless it was a church hall or similar. His dad and I had tremendous fun in the park and the car could outpace a small dog that thought it fun to chase it!
not what i was expecting got this for my little cousin and what a load of rubbish it is, the whole body if you can call it a body, is just a plastic cover, most toy cars are solid and for £30 you would expect it to be,it does not have a reverse it says it does, but maybe my is faulting the reverse just doesn’t want to work, and when i asked what batteries to get, it said AA for the controls, which is wrong, its a 9V square battery the ones you get in smoke alarms,so i had to go and buy new batteries, and when i started to test it, it is very unresponsive and just stops about 10m away, when it says the range is 30m. and it looks nothing like the one is the photo, so am i very angry about that, so i would strongly advice you not to buy this, as it is a load of rubbish, not even going to give it as a present it’s going straight in the bin.
